Colombia
International Meeting of Indigenous Peoples of the Amazon Basin on the road to COP16
Led by our partner the National Organisation of Indigenous Peoples of the Colombian Amazon (OPIAC), the International Meeting of Indigenous Peoples of the Amazon Basin on the road to COP16 took place in August 14-16. It was an important event where indigenous organisations identified joint goals looking towards COP16.

Online 2020 Learning Exchange
In November 2020 the Tenure Facility hosted its seventh Learning Exchange, the first to be held entirely online. Overcoming challenges posed by the pandemic, it proved what could be achieved through the creative and adaptive thinking which lies at the heart of the Tenure Facility’s approach.

2022 Learning Exchange
The 2022 Learning Exchange brought together more than 150 people each day and featured regional sessions for Latin America, Africa, and Asia. It allowed for different actors to talk about how they have been securing tenure in their local contexts.
