The Tenure Facility is committed to the highest international standards throughout all phases of its operations. To support the systematic implementation of these commitments, and provide guidance, a series of policies and standards are adopted and integrated into the Tenure Facility’s project management system.
Privacy policy
The Tenure Facility follows the European Union(EU) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which is the toughest privacy and security law in the world. Although it was passed by the EU, it imposes obligations onto organisations anywhere, so long as they target or collect data related to people in the EU. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our visitors and handling their personal information with the utmost care and respect.
Grievance, Redress, Ombudsman & Whistleblowing
We have developed an internal Grievance and Redress Procedure to ensure that grievances are resolved promptly and objectively. All stakeholders to the Tenure Facility may use the procedure, which ensures confidentiality to the extent possible and includes several mechanisms to resolve a grievance, including consideration by the Tenure Facility’s Ombudsman.
